A campaign video for VASA Fitness's Live Better initiative, filmed across Utah and Colorado. Built entirely on match cuts — biking with a friend into the exercise bike, a marathon into the treadmill, carrying groceries into carrying kettlebells — the edit makes the case that what happens in the gym isn't separate from real life, it's training for it. Alongside the campaign video, we shot a series of testimonial stories featuring real STUDIO RED members on how the HIIT program has helped them build community and confidence in their daily lives.
